Working with Kristin was a powerful and healing experience. Before working together, I struggled with being hard on myself and knowing my authentic voice. Kristin created a safe and compassionate space from the very beginning where I could show up fully as myself. I learned to be more gentle with myself, learned healthier ways to cope with difficult emotions, and connected with a more authentic side of my voice. Working with Kristin, I grew in my willingness to take risks and sing in front of other people. It’s already had a ripple effect – when I sang for a group of clients while feeling scared, I inspired one of them to take a big risk into the unknown. My voice really opened up, like a literal singing “channel” was created. And, I had recorded several episodes of a new podcast and sat on it for a year, stuck in perfectionism. I'm a working singer now at 27, performing at an A-level house - something I could have never pictured in a million years.
